Job Title: Inventory Control Lead
Department: Warehouse
Reports to: Logistics Manager
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the accurate counting, ordering, distribution, and receipt of parts and materials from our internal supply warehouse. This individual is key to the successful management of our inventory within the supply warehouse and our fleet of trucks. In accordance to our Core Values, this individual will OWN the inventory process, STEP UP on continuous improvement of our processes, and GET **IT DONE by delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conducting Inventory Audits of Stocked Fleet and Warehouse
- Accepting and receiving deliveries
- Processing Returns and Warranty Claims
- Parts Ordering and Replenishment including Specialty Items
- Transfer and Record parts/ materials moves between fleet and warehouse
- Invoice Processing and Reconciliation for Warehouse with accounting
- Delivering Parts to Jobsite when needed in company vehicle
- Maintains accurate records of inventory and shop tools daily
- Manages and maintains inventory system
- Manages and maintains Shop Tools inventory and use program
- Conducts Monthly Cycle Counts (fleet and warehouse)
- Conducts Quarterly Physical Inventory Count
- Reviews slow and dead inventory and provides recommendations to reduce
- Works with team to build out truck stock templates when revisions are needed
- Manages materials and parts complaints and recalls
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient with Inventory Control Systems/ Service Titan Inventory is a Plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Thorough understanding of general warehouse policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Clean driving record as this role requires use of company vehicles
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- At least Two Years in an inventory position or related experience Required
- Experience with Parts and Materials Preferred
- Service Titan Experience Preferred
- Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excell, SharePoint) Required
Physical Requirements:
- Must complete physical tasks that require continuous lifting, bending, reaching, standing, and carrying.
- Work area within the warehouse, outside in the yard, and on-site at customer locations.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
