Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking, outcomes-driven Integrative Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary care team. In this role, you will focus on preventive health, longevity, and whole-person care, blending evidence-based conventional medicine with integrative approaches to help patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
The ideal candidate is deeply skilled in preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, functional medicine principles, and risk-reduction strategies, and is passionate about helping patients build sustainable habits that support long-term wellness. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team of health coaches, nutritionists, behavioral health specialists, fitness professionals, and primary/specialty care providers to develop data-guided, personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, goals, and health risks.
Preventive & Longevity Care
Perform comprehensive evaluations (history, lifestyle, risk stratification, advanced diagnostics).
Identify early risk patterns and develop personalized prevention plans.
Prescribe and manage preventive protocols (metabolic, cardiovascular, sleep, inflammation, weight).
Track progress through follow-ups, biomarker trends, and plan optimization.
Refer to specialty care when clinical findings require escalation.
Integrative & Lifestyle Medicine
Guide patients on nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and environmental risk reduction.
Use advanced/functional testing to inform individualized interventions.
Partner with health coaches and staff to turn plans into sustainable routines.
Incorporate evidence-based integrative therapies (supplements, mindfulness, hormone/metabolic optimization) as appropriate.
Collaboration & Patient Education
Coordinate care with primary and specialty providers; participate in case reviews and protocol development.
Deliver empathetic, science-based education and shared decision-making to support long-term behavior change.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate EHR documentation and follow clinical standards, regulations, and evidence-based guidelines.
