Customer Service Representative HVAC - Full-time

Residential HVAC contractor has an opening for a Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher. Positive, helpful disposition is a must, along with the ability to handle high call volume during peak periods.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
