ADM Tech LLC is the U.S. subsidiary of a global technology group with strong manufacturing and R&D capabilities. We focus on industrial barcode scanners, PDA/mobile data terminals, POS peripherals, and related B2B hardware solutions.


Our products are already performing strongly online in North America, Europe, and Asia. We are now expanding into offline sales, distributors, VARs, and solution partners in the U.S. market.


We are at an early but exciting growth stage — and we are looking to train and develop the next generation of technical sales professionals.


Who We’re Looking For

We are not looking for a “ready-made senior sales executive.”


Instead, we are looking for a motivated, hardworking, coachable individual who:

  • Is interested in tech sales / B2B hardware sales
  • Is willing to learn deeply about products, customers, and the industry
  • Can handle pressure, travel, and real-world sales challenges
  • Wants to grow into a technical sales / solution sales role


Recent graduates (Class of 2026 welcome)

Bachelor’s degree NOT required — attitude and potential matter more


Key Responsibilities

  • Learn ADM Tech’s products: barcode scanners, PDAs, printers, and accessories
  • Support senior team members in:
    • Distributor & reseller outreach
    • Customer demos and presentations
    • Sales follow-ups and opportunity tracking
  • Participate in product training and hands-on learning (technical + commercial)
  • Visit partners, distributors, and customers (travel required)
  • Assist with sales documentation, pricing, and proposals
  • Gradually take ownership of assigned accounts or regions


Training & Growth Path

This is a structured growth role:

  • Phase 1: Product & industry training + sales fundamentals
  • Phase 2: Shadowing distributor and partner meetings
  • Phase 3: Independent account handling with performance-based incentives
  • Long-term: Growth into Technical Sales Manager / Channel Sales / Solutions Sales


You will be trained by:

  • Our U.S. leadership team
  • Product and engineering teams
  • Global HQ support
