American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown/HVTI unit position requiring a minimum of 18 months of Stepdown experience and an active OH or Compact RN license.
Details\n- \n
- Work in an HVTI Stepdown unit within a large hospital campus setting \n
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12s only) \n
- Floating may be required to other units caring for the same patient population \n
- Every other holiday coverage is required \n
- \n
- Active OH RN license or Compact state RN license currently in hand \n
- Current certifications required: BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), ACLS, and NIHSS \n
- Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty \n
- Minimum 18 months of recent Stepdown experience required (travel experience accepted) \n
- PCU/Progressive Care experience preferred \n
- Must provide two professional references for consideration \n
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration \n

- ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation, with acceptable scores required on both \n
- Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months at any facility location within this health system \n
- After completing an assignment, a minimum 6-month gap is required before beginning a new assignment at any location within this health system \n
