Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Escorting clients to appointments or errands (when applicable)
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client condition

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 Months - 2 years of caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Must pass Level 2 background check - https://info.flclearinghouse.com
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia care
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience
