What You Will Execute
- Market Penetration: Identify and engage business owners in storm-impacted regions, by providing tools (CRM, Cold Call, Email outreach, Social Media, Knocking on Businesses, and other provided software).
- Damage Assessment: Conduct professional property inspections to identify qualifying storm damage (comprehensive training provided).
- Claim Navigation: Guide business owners through the insurance restoration process using our proven methods.
- Account Management: Manage a pipeline of commercial projects from initial inspection to signed agreements.

Valuable Experience
- Consultative Sales & Business Development: Experience in industries like real estate, insurance, medical device sales, or solar is highly valued. Success in these fields demonstrates the ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term trust.
- Direct Field Operations: A background in door-to-door (D2D) sales (e.g., pest control, home security) or high-volume canvassing is a major asset, as it proves you possess the "hunter mentality" and resilience required for field work.
- Insurance & Claims Knowledge: Understanding the insurance claims process or having worked as an adjuster provides a significant advantage. This allows you to speak the "language" of insurance and guide homeowners through the technicalities of restoration.
- Project Management & Construction: Experience in restoration, roofing, or general contracting helps with assessing property damage accurately and managing a project from inspection to completion.
- High-Performance Leadership: A background in athletics, the military, or sales management is valuable for the "leadership track." These roles develop the discipline, coachability, and competitiveness needed to lead a team in a merit-based environment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Experience in hospitality or high-end retail translates well, as the role relies on interpersonal skills and the ability to turn a "no" into a conversation.
