Telecom Foreman & Lineman – Join Our Growing Team
About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and motivated telecom foremen and linemen to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing overhead and underground telecommunication infrastructure that keeps communities connected. You'll work collaboratively with a dedicated crew to build, upgrade, maintain, and service our telecom network across diverse terrain and in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain telecom lines and cables, including fiber optic, copper, and coaxial systems
• Safely climb utility poles (up to 40 feet) to access infrastructure and string cable
• Operate bucket trucks, aerial lifts, and specialized equipment to install new lines and perform repairs
• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work orders and assignments efficiently
• Collaborate effectively with telecom engineers, foremen, and field technicians
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety while working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field
• Document work completed and maintain accurate records

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Working knowledge of telecom systems and networks (fiber optics, coaxial, copper)
• Comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet
• Physical ability to lift and carry a 70lb ladder
• Full body mobility, including twisting, turning, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills and techniques
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Physical Demands:
This position requires regular physical activity, including climbing, lifting, carrying, and working at heights. You must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
