Seasonal Pool Cocktail Server - Full-time / Part-time

Specific Job Functions:

• Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail and food orders
• Order and serve cocktails and food to customers
• Pick up after guest maintenance of station, keeping clear of beverage and food debris
• Serve hot food and cold beverages
• Serve beer, wine and cocktails
• Handle monetary transactions in accordance with department policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation
• Stock items in proper location
• Interact with guests in a pleasant, efficient and professional manner
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
• Ability to perform all work task in 100+ degree weather, in direct sunlight

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Minimum six months previous experience required
• High volume hotel/restaurant experience preferred 
• Must have basic beverage serving knowledge
• Pleasing personality and ability to communicate with customers
• Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms
