For over 30 years, Sentinel Offender Services has provided community-based, offender-funded monitoring services across North America. Working with law enforcement, community corrections agencies and the court system, we provide customized offender management solutions that help to reduce recidivism and improve reentry success. These solutions combine electronic monitoring technology, alcohol and substance abuse testing, and community-based offender management programs.
Schedule: Saturday - Sunday / 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $17.75/hr - $18.00/hr
The Field Technician is an entry level position for an Electronic Monitoring equipment installer. The installer is primarily responsible for performing equipment installations, removal, and troubleshooting of all equipment, along with daily client scheduling and inventory control.
Job Expectations + Essential Functions
· Install and remove various electronic monitoring equipment as requested using directed safety precautions.
· Provide support for service and maintenance of equipment.
· Keep accurate records of service calls
· Inspect and maintain all monitoring and testing equipment, this includes cleaning equipment.
· Assist with data entry of activity schedules as required.
· Serve as a liaison between Sentinel and/or other contracted agencies, as needed based on duty shifts
Education
- High School Diploma
