Baristas are responsible for crafting and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages in addition to food items while ensuring consistency and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees
• Discover customer needs and suggests products with every customer to enhance services and meet sales goals
• Prepare a variety of customer beverages such as espresso drinks and coffee of the week
• Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for customers and follow cash handling policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• One (1) year food service experience preferred
