Project Scheduler - Dallas - Full-time

This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the incumbent.  The individual will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his/her manager. The essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:   - Coordinate project scheduling with out-sourced companies. - Collect and maintain project work packet consisting of Installation worksheet, estimate - worksheets, prints, Hedberg worksheet & copy of out-source company quote. - Print subcontract hourly delivery tickets as needed. -Coordinate will call product for project scheduling. - Schedule General Deliveries/Service Calls.
