About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Flexographic Press Operator to join our Press Operations team at our Green Bay facility. In this role, you’ll play a hands-on part in bringing our customers’ labels and packaging to life—products you’ll recognize on shelves every day. Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic presses efficiently and safely, ensuring all work meets quality and production specifications
Operate equipment including:
10-color 13” water-based flexographic press
8-color 17” UV flexographic press
Nilpeter narrow-web UV ink roll-fed flex press
Mark Andy 10-color water-based flexographic press
Monitor print quality, registration, and color consistency while minimizing material waste
Collaborate closely with press team members to ensure presses are fully stocked and production runs smoothly
Apply Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles to improve processes, efficiency, and quality
Support ISO quality systems and follow all safety and operational standards
Contribute to an innovative, continuous-improvement culture focused on developing new and improved products

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and think through equipment challenges

Education, Skills, and Experience
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude
Preferred:
Two or more years of printing experience
Flexographic printing experience (narrow web preferred; wide web or offset experience considered)
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
