Were currently hiring aBCBA Clinical Supervisor for a full-time, hybrid role focused on clinical leadership, staff support, and quality care, with strong administrative teams in place so youre not carrying everything on your own.

What Youll Do

• Lead clinical care for a manageable caseload (1015 clients)
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
• Review and finalize FBAs and treatment plans
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff
• Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services across settings

What Were Looking For

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• 1+ year BCBA experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment
• Comfortable working across home, school, and community settings
