Remote - Licensed Speech Language Pathologist

Children’s Therapy Network – Ventura & Newbury Park, CA (Remote/Hybrid) Schedule: Mon–Fri | 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM PST (One day until 7:00 PM) License Required: Current California SLP License

Are you a licensed SLP who thrives in the afternoon? At Children’s Therapy Network (CTN), we’ve ditched the 8-to-5 grind. We are looking for a professional, engaging Speech-Language Pathologist to own the "after-school" window. Whether you want to work 100% from your home office or prefer a hybrid mix in our Ventura/Newbury Park clinics, the choice is yours.

Important: Our families are in California. You must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST).

• Virtual Excellence: This isn't just "showing up" on screen. We provide you with a nationally recognized Pediatric Telehealth Certification.

• Minimal Admin: We build documentation time into your caseload.

• Real Support: Even though you're remote, you're part of a team. You’ll have ongoing mentorship from senior clinical leadership.

• Mission-Driven: We’ve helped over 500 families annually since 2004. We care about outcomes, not just hours.

• The Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM PST.

• The "Late Day": One day per week (your choice) until 7:00 PM.

• The Role: Conduct virtual evaluations, provide high-energy teletherapy, and coach caregivers.

• The Pay: Competitive hourly rates based on experience and productivity.

• Current California SLP License (Required).

• Clinical Fellows (CFs) with strong pediatric backgrounds are encouraged to apply!

• Tech-Savvy: You know your way around a HIPAA-compliant workspace and digital tools.

• Pediatric Passion: You know how to make a screen disappear and keep a child engaged.

• Note: We are not seeking SLPAs for this specific role.
