Sushi Chef - Full-time / Part-time

Here at Kazy's, we are looking for full-time and part time sushi chefs! We are looking for friendly smiles that are available Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM and Saturdays from 10AM-4PM, with Sundays being closed. Training will be on-site and pay will vary based off experience!

Here are some, but not limited to, job duties and perks that we offer! 

Job Duties:
- Clean kitchen before and after closing
- Prep work for orders
- Compile shopping list for kitchen needs
- Execute orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Cut fish as needed for sushi, retail, and wholesale
- Must abide by all city, state, and federal health regulations
- Must wear protective gear (i.e. face mask, head covering, beard covering, and gloves)
- Must maintain sanitary workspace and kitchen areas
- Potential after hours options available
- Other tasks as needed

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
• Valid driver's license
• Able to work in an environment with high temperatures
• Able to work in an environment with low temperatures
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: weekends

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Restaurant back of house skills: safe food handling
• Restaurant back of house skills: Seafood preparation
