Position Summary

Drives a box truck to transport goods to designated locations within a defined geographic area.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Drives straight box trucks to pick up and deliver freight.
• Follows assigned routes and schedules to deliver freight on time.
• Loads and unloads cargo following the Department of Transportation regulations.
• Tracks and maintains accurate delivery records.
• Conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle before every dispatch.
• Utilizes pallet jacks and forklifts to load freight in trucks.
• Communicates any discrepancies and disruptions to cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in operating a forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.

Pay Rate: $27.30 - $32.20 per hour, based on experience
