Security Monitor / Parking - Full-time / Part-time

Will need to be able to work 2 midnight shifts for Security and 2 either 7-3 or 3-11 shifts for Maintenance.

Pay will be based on EXP.

We are looking for a professional team member to monitor our premises and assets.

The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.

Responsibilities:

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbance
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Run routine calls to guest rooms
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Keep all management informed
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons
