• Conduct in-home consultations that build trust and uncover real homeowner needs
• Confidently explain product value, pricing, and process details—no shortcuts
• Know how to create urgency without pressure by clearly articulating why waiting or shopping around costs more
• Guide homeowners away from multiple quotes by positioning yourself as the expert—not just another option
• Follow up relentlessly and professionally—details matter in this sale
• Own the process from first appointment to contract entry in CRM

Basic Qualifications

• Strong in-home sales experience or proven consultative selling ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel throughout the Chicagoland area
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
