General Laborer Needed ASAP

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support ongoing commercial construction projects. This role is essential to maintaining productivity, safety, and organization on the job site. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled trades with daily tasks as needed
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Perform basic demolition, site prep, and cleanup
• Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided if needed)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• OSHA 10 a plus (or willingness to obtain)
