Job Description

Shift & Pay Details

Shift: 1st Shift | Up to 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
Overtime: Up to 20–25 hours/week available — earn more fast!

What You’ll Be Doing

Keep materials flowing by breaking up product bridging in shakers
Scrape finishing screens to ensure smooth product movement
Coordinate with heavy equipment operators to refill shakers
Support the small bag line and general warehouse operations
Load, unload, pick, pack, and keep the warehouse running smoothly
Maintain clean, safe work areas by sweeping, shoveling, and stacking
Monitor inventory and keep packaging lines stocked with pallets
Follow safety protocols to prevent material buildup and ensure flow

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all conditions
Physically capable of lifting, shoveling, and sweeping throughout the shift
Strong attention to safety, detail, and teamwork
Dependable with a solid attendance record
