Accounts Payable Coordinator

Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Set up new vendors
• Complete credit applications for new vendors
• Enter vendor invoices
• Mail payments to vendors
• File all paid invoices
• Audit open A/P files
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Assist with other office duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields 1-3 yrs
• Knowledge of Quickbooks
• Knowledge of Excel and Word
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Works well unsupervised
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
