RV Salesperson – Join a Growing Team!

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused RV Salesperson to join our dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

·         Assist customers in selecting the right RV to fit their lifestyle and budget

·         Guide customers through the sales process from greeting to delivery

·         Maintain strong product knowledge on new and pre-owned RVs

·         Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships

·         Work closely with the finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a smooth experience

·         Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI scores

Qualifications:

·         Previous sales experience preferred (automotive, RV, or retail sales a plus)

·         Strong communication and people skills

·         Self-motivated with a positive attitude

·         Ability to work Saturday and a flexible schedule

·         Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred
