What You'll Do as a Real Estate Sales Agent:

  1. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to increase transaction volume.
  2. Build meaningful relationships that truly connect with clients, leading to expanded business opportunities.
  3. Conduct consultations with prospective buyers and sellers to discover their ideal property requirements, then present homes that align with their needs.
  4. Coordinate dynamic open house events to showcase our property listings.
  5. Manage transactions from start to finish, guaranteeing seamless and efficient closings.
  6. Develop lead generation strategies to create new client relationships.
  7. Become the neighborhood authority – master local market knowledge and community details, providing confident responses about properties, comparable sales, and area amenities.


Real Estate Sales Agent Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 sales per year as a licensed real estate sales agent.
  2. Comfortable leveraging technology and digital tools.
  3. Strong capabilities in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
  4. Self-starter with goal-oriented focus.
  5. Superior organizational and time management abilities.
  6. Valid Real Estate License is mandatory.
