This position reports to our Revenue Accounting Manager. This is a great opportunity for an emerging professional looking to build a career foundation within accounting, billing, or revenue operations. In this role, you’ll learn to manage the full billing process for a global SaaS organization, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support key initiatives that help us scale. You'll gain hands-on experience with billing systems, revenue operations, invoice processing, and internal controls—while contributing to process improvements and system enhancements. If you’re energized by problem-solving, passionate about accuracy, and excited to grow your career in a fast-paced tech environment, we’d love to meet you!
Essentials Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process accurate invoices, ensuring all client billing requirements are met.
- Maintain billing schedules and help ensure revenue is recognized correctly and on time.
Customer & Cross‑Functional Support
- Serve as a point of contact for billing questions from internal teams and customers.
- Build strong working relationships across Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Help troubleshoot billing issues and work collaboratively to resolve them quickly.
Process Improvement & Systems Support
- Assist with system enhancements, automation, and process improvements to improve billing efficiency.
- Contribute to our billing system migration project, including data validation, testing, and documentation.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.
Financial Integrity
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audit requests by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance.
- Learn and apply key accounting concepts, including revenue recognition (ASC 606).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of internship or early professional experience in billing, accounting, finance, or revenue operations (SaaS experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset—someone who is curious, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership.
- Knowledge of SaaS billing requirements and revenue recognition under ASC 606 is beneficial
- Comfortable working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with tools like NetSuite, Salesforce, or other SaaS platforms is helpful but can be learned on the job.
Why This Role Is Great for Early‑Career Talent
- You’ll gain hands-on SaaS finance experience—one of the most in-demand skill sets in the industry.
- You’ll work closely with experienced leaders who will mentor and support your development.
- You’ll have opportunities to build technical skills in billing systems, revenue processes, and financial operations.
- You’ll make a visible impact as we scale our quote-to-cash environment.
