With over 16,000 units under our management across various states including Texas, Nevada, and Florida, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional property management services to our clients and residents. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment communities, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and supporting the Property Manager in achieving financial and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operational tasks, ensuring the community runs efficiently and effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current ones, including planning community events.
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely responses to service issues while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of resident files, lease agreements, and financial transactions.
- Contribute to the preparation of property budgets and financial reports, helping to drive profitability.
- Assist in training and supervising onsite staff to ensure high standards of service.
Requirements
- Prior experience in property management or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze problems and resolve conflicts efficiently.
