Construction Site Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee high-end, single-family residential projects in Miami. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep luxury residential experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction through project completion
• Manage day-to-day onsite operations, scheduling, and sequencing of trades
• Supervise subcontractors and onsite personnel to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, city and county officials, and clients
• Review plans and specifications to ensure work is executed to the design intent
• Monitor budgets, approve change orders, and negotiate fair pricing with subcontractors
• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship consistent with luxury residential construction

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on luxury single-family residential projects in Miami
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building codes
• Experience working with construction management software
• Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
