What You’ll Do:

• Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines and support equipment
• Load and unload molds, raw materials, and finished products
• Perform start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns following procedures
• Inspect parts for quality, defects, and accuracy
• Perform routine machine and mold cleaning and maintenance
• Troubleshoot common molding issues such as short shots, flash, or warpage
• Follow all safety procedures and keep work area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Injection molding experience required
• Knowledge of plastics and molding processes
• Ability to read work instructions and quality specifications
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
