Warehouse Worker - Meal Prep Fulfillment

Location: Hoboken, NJ 07030
Pay Rate: Starting at $16/hour

We are a staffing agency hiring warehouse workers for a meal prep company’s fulfillment warehouse in New Jersey. This role is warehouse-based only and does not involve cooking, food preparation, or kitchen work. Employees will be responsible for packing, labeling, sorting, and moving packaged meal boxes within the warehouse. The job requires standing for long periods, moving throughout the warehouse, and following safety and cleanliness rules. Work is performed in a cold environment, and employees must be dependable and able to follow instructions.

Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday
Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Days Off: Thursday and Friday

• Pack, label, sort, and move packaged meal boxes
  

• Follow barcode scanning systems to ensure correct order fulfillment
  

• Maintain proper order sequence with strong attention to detail
  

• Lift and carry up to 6 trays per shift (approximately 30 lbs each)
  

• Stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
  

• Work in a cold environment while following safety and cleanliness standards
  

• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  

• Follow all safety, warehouse, and sanitation guidelines.

• Cold environment (must dress warmly)
  

• Non-slip shoes required
  

• Hairnet required at all times.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs per tray
  

• Comfortable performing physical labor and standing for long periods
  

• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling barcode-based orders
  

• Comfortable working in cold temperatures
  

• No English required
  

• Must pass a background check
