Job Overview:
The primary role of the Registered Client Service Associate (CSA) is to provide administrative support to an advisor or team of advisors, including any and all daily, monthly, and annual tasks. The Registered CSA helps the advisor maintain his or her practice and deliver positive results for the advisor’s clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer services skills (both verbal and written), and a proven ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a client‑focused, organized associate to support our advisory team. Responsibilities include managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and keeping client information updated. You will assist with new business documentation and handle key account operations such as new account setup, transfers, cash management, and maintenance tasks.
This role also involves proactive outreach on time‑sensitive items, taking ownership of client requests, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service. You will educate clients on our digital tools, including eSignature and our client portal, and collaborate closely with the Financial Advisor to support client needs. Occasional assistance with trade execution may be required.

Requirements:
3+ years' experience supporting Financial Advisors and collaborating with Branch and Home Office teams in a brokerage/ financial services setting
Series 66 and/or Series 7 license

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
Strong analytical and research abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Comfortable using internal resources and training platforms
Preferences:
Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance
