Cargo Risk Associate - Full-time

About the Role: The Cargo Risk team has the opportunity and responsibility to make decisions in the best interest of TQL when it comes to evaluating high risk scenarios/commodities. As a Cargo Risk Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the sales floor by providing issue resolution, risk management and excellent customer service. (Educating sales teams about the most significant risks to their customer’s freight; ensuring they understand the risks; ensuring individuals understand their own accountability) Purchase insurance Conduct policy and compliance audits Create policy plans to limit risks based on audit findings Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company What you need: At least 2 years of related professional experience Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Planning and organizational skills Ability to understand broader business issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills Where you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Boulevard, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245 Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
