We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and creative E‑Commerce Assistant to support our growing online presence across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Product Listings & Management
- Upload and update product descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO‑optimized keywords.
- Ensure listings reflect PetPals’ brand voice, quality, and product standards.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Monitor and process orders across all B2B portals.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage returns and support smooth customer experiences.
MAP & Inventory Control
- Monitor MAP compliance across platforms.
- Track stock levels, remove sold‑out items, and update product availability.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or social media.
- Provide friendly, accurate product information that reflects PetPals’ customer‑first values.
Social Media Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging text, photo, and video content (reels, stories, product highlights).
- Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with PetPals’ branding.
Scheduling & Publishing
- Post content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite.
- Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity.
Influencer & Collaboration Support
- Identify potential influencers and partners in the pet community.
- Assist with outreach and collaboration coordination.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of e‑commerce experience required.
- Highly detail‑oriented, organized, reliable, and strong in time management.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency:
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Adobe Photoshop (image retouching) and CANVA
CapCut (video editing)
AI tools for workflow efficiency
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
- Passion for pets and pet products is always welcome.
