Assisting Hands Littleton is seeking compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregivers to support a client in Highlands Ranch who needs consistent, skilled care 7 days a week. We are committed to building a reliable, consistent schedule so caregivers can develop strong relationships and provide continuity of care.

📍 Location

Highlands Ranch, CO

⏰ Available Shifts (Weekdays & Weekends)

We are hiring for daily coverage and aim to create a steady, predictable schedule for the right caregivers.

Morning Shift:
🕢 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Evening Shift:
🌙 4-hour shift, flexible start time
• Start between 4:00–5:00 PM
• End between 8:00–9:00 PM

As a private-duty agency, hours are not guaranteed, but this client offers an opportunity for ongoing, consistent scheduling.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing attentive, patient care for a client with Dementia/Alzheimer’s
 • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
 • Supporting safe mobility and transfers 
 • Offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
 • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
 • Medication reminders
 • Creating a calm, structured, and respectful environment

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care or facility)
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s experience REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Clear background and CAPS check
• Three professional references
• Negative TB test (within 30 days of hire)
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
