RedStone Ranch is seeking an experienced Horse Barn Manager to oversee daily operations at our active riding, educational, and events facility. This is a full-time, hands-on position with a schedule that includes weekend work, with the possibility of rotating shifts as staffing expands. Must have 10+ years of horse experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day barn and ranch operations
- Supervise and schedule employees, interns, and volunteers
- Manage horse care including feeding, turnout, and wellness coordination
- Coordinate with the Riding Academy and Events teams
- Maintain safety standards, cleanliness, and organization of the property
- Monitor inventory, vendor services, and maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with ranch policies and procedures
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing a horse barn or equine facility
- Experience supervising 10 or more employees
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of horse care and equine safety
- Highly organized and reliable in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work weekends
