As a Solar Appointment Setter, you’ll work directly with homeowners to schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.

This role focuses solely on scheduling DOOR-TO-DOOR appointments, not closing sales. If you thrive on independence, uncapped earning potential, and a positive, high-energy company culture, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities
- Knock door-to-door to set direct sales appointments
- Schedule appointments for Energy Acquisition Specialists to provide professional consultations
- Educate homeowners on ways to lower their current power bills
Requirements
- High-performance work ethic
- Previous door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Must have a Personal Reliable Vehicle
