Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our Claims Manager and contribute to the efficiency of our claims department. This role combines administrative support, claims handling assistance, and coordination duties to ensure timely and accurate claim processing. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and outstanding items to help ensure the claims team moves forward efficiently.

  • Prepare summaries, reports, and written correspondence as requested by the Claims Manager.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support directly to the Claims Manager.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communication.

  • Help handle phone calls, emails, and general departmental inquiries.

  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.

  • Support department projects, audits, and process improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and general office technology.

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Texas All Lines Adjuster License.

  • Non-Standard Auto Insurance experience or prior insurance/claims experience.

  • Experience working in a claims department or administrative role in insurance.
