We are now accepting internal applications for the Road Supervisor position within the Safety & Training Department.

Schedule:
• 3:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Work Days: Sunday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Off Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• Location: Hapeville, GA

Position Overview:
The Road Supervisor plays a key role in supporting daily transit operations by monitoring driver performance, responding to on-road incidents, conducting safety checks, and assisting with training and compliance activities. This role works closely with operators, dispatch, and safety leadership.

• Strong attendance and reliability
• Proven safety awareness and operational judgment
• Experience in transit, transportation, or operations
• Ability to coach, communicate clearly, and lead by example
• Comfortable working in the field and responding to operational needs
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
