About the Role
We are hiring a working Shift Leader to oversee and participate in nightly cleaning at an office facility. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who leads by example. You will be responsible for cleaning assigned areas, including restrooms and office spaces, while also checking the work of other cleaners to ensure quality standards are met.

You will be responsible for cleaning assigned areas, including restrooms and office spaces, while also checking the work of other cleaners to ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain facility restrooms, including restocking supplies
- Clean office and common areas (trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
- Wipe down breakroom and kitchen areas
- Perform final walk-throughs to ensure all areas meet company standards
- Check and verify the quality of other team members’ work
- Report issues, supply needs, or concerns to management
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lead by example while working alongside the team
- Comfortable following checklists and company procedures
- Professional and respectful in client environments
- Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Leadership or shift lead experience is a plus
