About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Porter & Maintenance Associate to help keep our restaurant clean, organized, and ready to serve our guests each day. This position plays a key role in both maintaining a spotless environment and ensuring that all deliveries are checked in and stored properly.
Key Responsibilities:

Porter Duties:
- Receive and check in all incoming produce, meat, and paper goods

- Verify deliveries against invoices for accuracy

- Organize and properly store all items in designated areas (walk-ins, dry storage, etc.)

- Rotate stock and maintain a clean and orderly storage environment

Maintenance & Cleaning Duties:
- Clean and sanitize booths, tables, and chairs

- Wipe down and polish the bar area

- Deep clean and restock restrooms

- Clean and maintain restaurant equipment and floors

- Empty trash and replace liners

- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed

- Ensure all cleaning is completed before opening hours
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in porter, janitorial, custodial, or restaurant work preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
