Daily Responsibilities- Service residential accounts for common pests including ants, spiders, rodents, and seasonal insects
- Conduct property inspections and identify pest activity and entry points
- Apply treatments safely and according to Oregon regulations
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain prevention strategies
- Track services, notes, and routes using a mobile app
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety equipment
- Look for opportunities to expand services while on-site to increase earning potential
- Friendly, dependable, and professional with customers
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
- Willingness to learn technical skills and certifications
- Prior pest control experience helpful, but not required
- Hands-on paid training from day one
