We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Communication Corner and More!, Inc./ Kids SPOT.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions in a clinic-based setting. The Speech Therapist will develop and implement personalized care plans to assist patients in achieving their goals.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs and abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including PT's, OT'S, SLP'S and Assistants to ensure patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, care plans, and strategies for daily living.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
Skills
- Making therapy fun!
- Active listener
- Knowledge of feeding is preferred
- Experience in pediatrics is highly desirable.
- Proficient in developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Ability to manage cases effectively while providing compassionate patient care.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in speech therapy.
