The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions in a clinic-based setting. The Speech Therapist will develop and implement personalized care plans to assist patients in achieving their goals.

Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including PT's, OT'S, SLP'S and Assistants to ensure patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options, care plans, and strategies for daily living.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
Skills
  • Making therapy fun!
  • Active listener
  • Knowledge of feeding is preferred
  • Experience in pediatrics is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Ability to manage cases effectively while providing compassionate patient care.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in speech therapy.
