• Proficient in medical documentation practices to maintain accurate patient records.
• Knowledgeable in acute care procedures and protocols.
• Experience with triage processes and prioritizing patient needs.
• Familiarity with pain management techniques and strategies.
• Understanding of case management principles for effective patient support.
• Ability to utilize Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems efficiently.
