The Program Manager II is responsible for managing the successful technical transfer of client projects and products to Curia. The individual must be able to effectively manage, lead, assign work, and problem solve both technically and managerially in a dynamic manufacturing setting. This individual has strong personal leadership skills to influence those that do not directly report to them. The individual functions as a combination customer advocate and site liaison between all functional departments. Use advanced tools to integrate and assess multiple sources of data or information. Draw from standard practices to implement solutions for complex problems in a timely manner + Measure performance for implemented solutions against desired results and make basic improvements; demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for outcomes + Effectively use materials in oral and written presentations; focuses presentation to address critical issues + Ask probing questions to draw out underlying issues + Proactively gather input from a variety of sources to build on ideas and solutions in a constructive manner. Actively seek ways to improve team processes, and identify and research areas of improvement Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years’ related work experience, or a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 1-year related work experience + Ability to explain concepts in a clear and logical manner, utilizing relevant examples and illustrations + Ability to respond to concerns or objections and shape communication messages to address them + Ability to develop ideas and solutions for simple problems while contributing to solutions for complex problems + Ability to draw upon relevant experience to assist in the implementation of ideas and solutions effectively and efficiently Preferred + PMP Certification Other Qualifications + Must pass a background check + Must pass a drug screen + May be required to pass Occupational Health Screening Pay Range: $88,000-$109,600/yr. Education, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
