Job Description
Office & Operations Coordinator
The Opportunity
Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, Manufacturing environment. We are seeking an Office & Operations Coordinator to serve as the organizational heartbeat of our Fairview facility.
As we expand across four manufacturing centers, we need a proactive person to support our Production Managers, streamline our administrative workflows, and ensure our customer-centered culture remains world-class. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys a blend of office administration and operational support, we want to hear from you.
Your Impact
Operational Support
- Production Partnership: Act as a vital link for the Production Manager and Supervisors by documenting meeting minutes and ensuring action items are crossed off the list.
- Order Integrity: Protect the "bottom line" by reviewing and screening incoming sales orders for accuracy before they hit the floor.
- Compliance Liaison: Stay ahead of the curve by managing building compliance timelines and ensuring all documentation meets our high standard operating procedures.
Office Excellence
- Workflow Design: Beyond just "doing" tasks, you will help improve them—developing smarter ways to manage mail, supplies, and shared resources.
- Brand Ambassador: Be the professional face of the company, greeting visitors, vendors, and contractors with a focus on safety and hospitality.
- Communication Hub: Manage internal calendars and facilitate seamless communication between our Fairview plant and other regional operations.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: 1–2 years in an administrative or office support role (Manufacturing or environments are a plus).
- Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Excel, and Outlook are your go-to tools).
- The "Grit" Factor: You possess a commitment to excellence, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work independently without losing sight of the team goal.
- Organization: You don't just juggle tasks; you prioritize them effectively while maintaining a patient, professional demeanor.
Why Join Us?
We believe in rewarding the hard work that keeps our facilities running. Your benefits package includes:
- Comprehensive Health: Medical insurance + HSA options.
- Future Security: 401(k) with a competitive employer match.
- Work-Life Balance: Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays.
- Total Wellness: Dental, Vision, Life/Disability insurance, and a dedicated Wellness Program.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work on-site full-time.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (supplies/shipments).
- Comfortable with extended periods of computer work and moving throughout the facility to coordinate with production teams.
Compensation: $24.00 – $26.00 / hour
Shift: M-F Days
