Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a cardiac cath lab position requiring Epic proficiency, ACLS/BLS/ARRT or RCIS certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details\n

\n
• 5x8 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
\n
• Cardiac cath lab setting with 4 procedure rooms handling 12–15 cases per day
\n
• Works alongside a team of 20 physicians
\n
• One night of call per week and one weekend of call per month
\n
• 13 or 26 week contracts available
\n
• Epic EMR required
\n
• GE Innova imaging equipment preferred
\n
• Maclab and Xper monitoring/recording systems preferred
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience
\n
• Current ACLS, BLS, and either ARRT (R) or RCIS certification
\n
• Epic EMR proficiency required
\n
• Active LA license required if applicable
\n
• Supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months required for consideration
\n
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
\n
• Any employment gaps of more than 30 days must be listed and explained
\n

Additional Information\n

• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
\n
• Former permanent employees of any LCMC facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible to travel with this facility
\n
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
\n
• RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer for the duration of the contract
\n
• Scrubs are provided
