Restaurant General Manager

Thirsty Moose Taphouse is looking for a General Manager!

We are a fast growing, high volume restaurant group that focuses on amazing beer, and even better food!

General Managers are responsible for all facets of the business including:

-Hiring, training, developing, and scheduling all positions

-Creating a positive culture within the restaurant

-Running and overseeing day to day operations

-Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied

-Setting high standards for service, respect, and professionalism amongst all staff

-Ensuring company policies and standards are adhered to

-Maintaining clear communication with operations team

-Executing bi weekly inventory

-Ordering and inventorying beer, wine, liquor

-Monitoring and maintaining food, liquor, and labor costs

-Scheduling and executing events and promotions

-Attracting new customers and increasing restaurant sales

Requirements:

-At least 2 years management experience in a full service establishment

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-Strong organizational skills

-Strong knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine

-Computer Proficient

This is a full-time position salaried at 50 hours per week. Benefits offered include health insurance, vision and dental insurance, company sponsored 401k plan, and PTO. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
