Job Description:
Join the Enterprise Integrations Engineering team to design and develop secure, scalable workflows connecting core SaaS applications across the organization as part of a major ERP transformation initiative.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Build and maintain integration workflows between internal business systems and SaaS applications
Develop RESTful APIs and backend processes using GoLang, Kafka, and Kubernetes
Participate in Agile ceremonies and use Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management
Write and maintain technical specifications, collaborating closely with engineering leadership and business stakeholders
Implement observability practices using tools like Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus
Support ERP system integrations (e.g., Oracle or NetSuite) and contribute to platform architecture
Requirements:
Must-Have Skills/Experiences:
5 years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience in GoLang development
Proficient with Kubernetes and Apache Kafka
Solid understanding of RESTful API development and secure service design
Familiarity with observability tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, or Sentry
Experience gathering requirements and working with internal teams to design integration solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills (especially important due to prior challenges with offshore communication)
Nice-to-Have Skills/Experiences:
PostgreSQL experience
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM integrations
Understanding of integration patterns such as pub/sub, CDM, or batch processing
Experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitLab)
Prior use of the Elastic Stack (ELK) for data visualization and log analysis
