W2 Pay Rate Range: $$65/hr – $95/hr

Job Description:
Join the Enterprise Integrations Engineering team to design and develop secure, scalable workflows connecting core SaaS applications across the organization as part of a major ERP transformation initiative.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain integration workflows between internal business systems and SaaS applications

• Develop RESTful APIs and backend processes using GoLang, Kafka, and Kubernetes

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and use Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management

• Write and maintain technical specifications, collaborating closely with engineering leadership and business stakeholders

• Implement observability practices using tools like Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus

• Support ERP system integrations (e.g., Oracle or NetSuite) and contribute to platform architecture

Requirements:

• Must-Have Skills/Experiences:

  • 5 years of professional software engineering experience

  • Strong experience in GoLang development

  • Proficient with Kubernetes and Apache Kafka

  • Solid understanding of RESTful API development and secure service design

  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, or Sentry

  • Experience gathering requirements and working with internal teams to design integration solutions

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (especially important due to prior challenges with offshore communication)

• Nice-to-Have Skills/Experiences:

  • PostgreSQL experience

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM integrations

  • Understanding of integration patterns such as pub/sub, CDM, or batch processing

  • Experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitLab)

  • Prior use of the Elastic Stack (ELK) for data visualization and log analysis
