Labor & Employment Class Action Associate (Mid-Level to Senior) – California
Location: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley (hybrid)

Our client, a nationally recognized law firm with a leading workplace litigation platform, is seeking a mid-level to senior Labor & Employment Class Action Associate to support its California practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated employment litigation matters, including wage and hour class actions, within a collaborative and trial-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on employment litigation experience, strong writing skills, and an interest in trial work, with exposure to class action defense strongly preferred.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Approximately 3–5 years of employment litigation experience, with exposure to workplace class actions.
Practice Focus: Experience defending wage and hour claims, including wage and hour class action litigation, is highly desired.
Litigation Skills: Strong background in drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation.
Writing & Analysis: Superior legal research and writing skills, supported by strong academic credentials.
Trial Interest: Demonstrated interest in trial work and developing courtroom experience.
Licensure: Active California Bar admission required.
Work Style: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment; hybrid schedule available.
