As a Customer Service Representative in the Tobacco department, you will engage with customers through various communication channels, addressing questions, providing information, and resolving issues effectively. Your fluency in Danish will be essential in building strong relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat interactions
• Respond to inquiries related to the Tobacco department's products and services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Provide detailed information about product features, promotions, and regulations
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services
• Participate in training sessions to ensure knowledge of product offerings and compliance standards

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry
• Able to handle multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus
