YOU MUST BRING:
  • Proven ability to run the desk in both new and used
  • Strong bank relationships + true finance background
  • Pricing, merchandising, and inventory expertise
  • Full command of dealership metrics, forecasting, and fast decisionmaking
  • Elite communication, leadership presence, and problemsolving
  • Bilingual is a plus, not required
YOU WILL:
  • Lead from the front and drive accountability every day
  • Desk deals, maximize gross, and control performance
  • Strengthen lender relationships and support highperforming F&I
  • Make quick, confident business decisions that fuel growth
